THOUGHT OF THE DAY

"TIME IS FREE,
BUT IT'S PRICELESS.
YOU CAN'T OWN IT,
BUT YOU CAN USE IT.
YOU CAN'T KEEP IT,
BUT YOU CAN SPEND IT.
ONCE YOU'VE LOST IT
YOU CAN NEVER GET IT BACK."-
APJ ABDUL KALAM

After this, the Government of India started the National Nutrition Week commemoration in India in the year 1982. This campaign was initiated to spread awareness and encourage everyone to understand the importance of nutrition and adopt a healthy, sustainable life.
